Remotely TV

Privacy policy

Last updated October 31, 2026. This covers the Remotely TV apps for iPhone and Android, made by Lukla Logic LLC.

What we collect

Nothing. Remotely TV has no account, no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising. It doesn't send anything to us or to anyone else.

Your TV and your home network

The app finds TVs on your Wi-Fi and talks to them directly over your home network. Button presses, typed text and messages you send go only to your TV, over an encrypted connection.

Pairing and settings

When you pair, the app makes a security certificate that lets your TV recognise your phone. That certificate, the list of your TVs and their names, your pinned apps and your settings are stored only on your phone. They aren't synced or backed up by the app. Removing a TV in the app, or deleting the app, erases them.

Microphone

The microphone is used only while you hold the voice button. The audio streams straight to your TV, which handles the voice search. The app doesn't record, store or send audio anywhere else.

Messages on the TV

If you send a message to show on the TV, it goes directly from your phone to the TV over your home network.

Children

Remotely TV collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
